This website is operated by Good Leverage Co. ("we", "us", "our"). By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service.
2. Our product and how to use it
The Good Leverage harness is a lifting aid that helps you support your dog by hand. It is not a medical device and it does not diagnose, treat or cure any condition. Talk to your veterinarian about your dog's health and mobility. Check the fit before each use, follow the sizing and fitting instructions on our product page, and supervise your dog while it wears the harness. Don't leave the harness on an unattended dog.
3. Product information
We describe the harness, its sizes and materials as accurately as we can. Some lifestyle photos on this website are illustrations of how the harness is used. The product you receive is the harness described on the product page.
4. Orders and prices
All prices are in U.S. dollars. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if the product is unavailable or a price was listed in error. If we cancel an order, we'll refund you in full.
5. Payment
Payments are processed by Shopify Payments. We don't see or store your full card details.
6. Shipping, refunds and exchanges
Our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy form part of these Terms.
7. Limitation of liability
Except as set out in our Refund Policy and as required by law, the harness is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.

The text, images and design on this website belong to Good Leverage Co. or are used with permission. Please don't copy them without our permission.
9. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your personal information.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, except where the consumer protection laws of your state say otherwise.
